Elevator Technician – Emergency Communication Systems
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, growing company specializing in emergency communication and safety systems to hire an experienced Elevator Technician looking for a change of pace from traditional elevator field service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Elevator Mechanic who is ready to transition away from physically demanding elevator installations, repairs, and heavy mechanical work into a more specialized, less physically intensive technical service role.
Rather than performing full elevator installations or major mechanical repairs, this position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of emergency telephone and communication equipment found in elevators and other commercial properties.

- Ability to successfully complete required background, driving record, and pre-employment drug screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with elevator emergency phones, communication systems, or related safety equipment.
