Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all project activities, including planning, site execution, testing, commissioning, and customer handover.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues.
Coordinate closely with customers, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company safety requirements, and statutory obligations.
Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure installation readiness and technical accuracy.
Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and installation quality targets.
Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims, and reporting requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities.
Drive customer satisfaction through professional project management and effective communication.
Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Promote continuous improvement in project delivery, productivity, quality, and safety performance.
Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Uphold the company's values, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
1–3 years of project engineering experience in construction, M&E, elevator, or escalator industries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of DOSH/OSHA requirements and site safety practices will be an added advantage.
Preferable Malaysian only.
Work location: Penang
