Description
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to the head of Operations. Position works with Install/Service Technicians, Lead Technician, General Contractors and Homeowners.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Lead Technician, perform duties relating to the installation and maintenance of elevators and lifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (duties may include, but not limited to)
- Delivers elevators/lifts to job site using company vehicles
- Assists to install and/or service elevators or lifts
- Moving and raising elevator components, using hoists, dollies or other equipment
- Provide daily job updates via email/project manager software
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
- Responsible for a clean and hazard free work area
- Follow company safety guidelines

Working Conditions:
Field environment, construction job sites, exposure to the weather, dust, grease, odors, noise and possible confined areas.
Requirements
Skills and Other Requirements:
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Must supply own basic tools
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
- Schedule based on needs. Occasional overtime
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Must be physically able to walk, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, stand and twist
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to work at heights up to 60 ft
